Virginia Technology Assistance Program
Virginia residents may be eligible to receive a CapTel phone FREE through the Virginia Technology Assistance Program, which provides free equipment to qualified individuals who have difficulty hearing over the phone. To learn more about the program or to apply for a free CapTel phone, contact:

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost. Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
