Vermont Equipment Distribution Program (VTEDP) provides FREE adaptive telephone equipment to Vermonters with disabilities who income-qualify. Vermont residents may be eligible to receive any model CapTel phone: CapTel 840PLUS, CapTel 840i, CapTel 880i, or CapTel 2400i.

Qualify for a CapTel Phone at No Cost
People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost. Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
