Utah Equipment Distribution Program
Utah residents may be eligible to have a CapTel phone loaned to them through the Utah Equipment Distribution program, which loans telephone equipment to people with hearing loss who qualify financially and medically. To learn more about the program, or to apply for a CapTel phone, contact:

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost. Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
