OPTION 2:

Apply through your State’s Equipment Program

PA Telecommunications Device Distribution Program (TDDP)

Pennsylvania residents may qualify to receive a free CapTel telephone through the state’s Telecommunications Device Distribution Program (TDDP), based on income restrictions. To apply for a free CapTel phone through TDDP contact:

OPTION 3:

Qualify for a CapTel Phone at No Cost

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost.  Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
