Apply through your State’s Equipment Program

Oregon Telecommunication Devices Access Program (TDAP)

Oregon residents may be eligible to receive a CapTel phone FREE of charge through the Oregon Telecommunication Devices Access Program (TDAP), which provides equipment to qualified individuals who have difficulty hearing over the phone. To learn more about the program or to apply for a free CapTel phone, please contact:

OPTION 3:

Qualify for a CapTel Phone at No Cost

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost.  Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
