There are 3 options to get a CapTel phone

OPTION 1:

Purchase a CapTel Phone

CapTel phones are available to purchase directly for $75 through WCI.

OPTION 2:

Apply through your State’s Equipment Program

Nebraska Commission for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing

Nebraska residents may be eligible to receive a free CapTel phone through the state’s Equipment Distribution Program. The program offers CapTel models 840PLUS, 840i, 880i, and 2400i.

When completing the form, remember to check “other” under “Equipment Needs”, then specify the CapTel phone.

OPTION 3:

Qualify for a CapTel Phone at No Cost

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost.  Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
