CapTel phones are available to purchase directly for $75 through WCI.

Apply through your State’s Equipment Program

Louisiana Telecommunications Access Program

Louisiana residents who qualify financially may be eligible to receive a CapTel phone at no charge through the Louisiana Telecommunications Access Program, which provides telephone equipment to people with hearing loss.

OPTION 3:

Qualify for a CapTel Phone at No Cost

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost.  Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
