There are 3 options to get a CapTel phone

OPTION 1:

Apply through your State’s Equipment Program

Limit one per household every four years. For individual use only, not valid for business or organizations. Indiana residents with a family income under $71,000 may be eligible to receive a CapTel telephone at no charge through InTRAC.

OPTION 3:

Qualify for a CapTel Phone at No Cost

People who cannot hear over the phone may be eligible to receive an Internet-based CapTel phone at no cost.  Requires high-speed Internet access and, in some cases, dial-tone telephone service.
