How to Return your CapTel Phone

Follow these steps to ship your CapTel phone – at no charge – for repair or replacement.

STEP 1: Contact CapTel Sales at 1-800-233-9130 to receive an Authorized Return Shipping Label.

Please let us know the electronic serial number (ESN) of your phone and why you are returning it. We will send you an Authorized Return Shipping label to cover the expense of returning your phone, at no cost to you. If necessary, we can also provide recycling instructions.

STEP 2: Pack your CapTel phone in the same box it came in.

If you are getting a replacement phone, you can send your old phone back in the same box your replacement phone came in. If using a different box, it is important that the box be sturdy and that you protect the phone with bubble wrap or other shipping material to ensure it is not damaged during shipment.

STEP 3: Affix the Authorized Return Shipping label on top of the box.

Remove any previous shipping labels if necessary.

STEP 4: Take the package to any FedEx Drop off location

Including: a FedEX Self Service Drop Box, a FedEx Office Print and Ship Center, or any FedEX Authorized ShipCenter® location (such as Walgreens®). To find a location near you, visit FedEx.com online and click on Locations. Shipping charges are paid for by CapTel (excluding any service fee for arranging a “pick up”).
