Adjust sound settings to match your unique hearing needs
All CapTel models offer the option of amplifying volume louder than a traditional telephone. Beyond this, you can also adjust tone and frequency settings to low, medium, or high, depending on your hearing needs. With the CapTel 2400i model, you can go one step further and customize sound frequencies to your personal audiogram.

Customize font sizes, colors, and captioning
With one of our CapTel hearing loss telephones, your phone display is entirely customizable! Adjust the font size, colors, and captions themselves to suit your preferences and specific visual needs. To do this, go into your phone’s settings and find the “Display” option. Note that this wording may change depending on which CapTel model you have, so refer to your user manual for more specific instructions!

Add your family and friends to the built-in phone directory
Store up to 100 contacts for family, friends, neighbors, doctors, or other important people. With all those numbers just a few clicks away, you no longer have to worry about maintaining a phonebook or remembering the right number to dial!

Set frequently called numbers for easy redialing
You can also program speed-dial numbers for people you call often. This is an incredibly useful feature for staying in touch with your children and grandchildren, getting quick help from emergency services or your healthcare providers, or reaching out to other important people or services in your life.
