Equipment Assistance Program

New Hampshire residents with hearing loss or other disabilities may qualify to receive a discount on the price of a CapTel phone through the New Hampshire Telecommunications Equipment Assistance Program (NH-TEAP). The NH TEAP helps people who have difficulty hearing over the phone purchase specialized equipment at little or no cost. The program offers both the CapTel 840 and the CapTel 840i.
